How does the quote work?
Fill in the quote form with your route, date and group size. You get a written quote with the total price — usually within minutes during the day. No payment is taken to request it, and you're free to decline.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight number and adjust your pickup automatically. Your driver waits for you — a late landing never cancels your transfer.
Do you provide car seats?
Yes. Tell us each child's age and weight in the quote form and we confirm the exact seat (infant, convertible or booster) in writing before your trip.
Can we make stops along the way?
Yes — short bathroom, coffee and photo stops are part of a private transfer. Longer stops (lunch, supermarket) are easy to plan: just mention them in your quote request.
I land after 1 pm — can I still reach La Fortuna or Monteverde today?
Yes. Most shared shuttles stop running in the early afternoon; a private transfer leaves when you land, whatever time that is. This is one of the most common reasons travelers book us.
